From the building dashboard, to view and manage your evacuation plans, click on 'Evacuation Plans' in the left hand menu.

This screen will show your floors and evacuation plans saved for each building area.

To view and manage the building floors, click on 'Manage Floors' at the top right of the screen.

You can add a new floor plan by clicking on the 'New Floor / Building Area' button.

Alert! Adding a new floor on the Fire Evac module will also add the floor to any other modules used with the building. This also applies for edits and deletions to the floors

Add a name for the new floor or area, and upload the image.

Once you’ve done that, click 'Add' to save the new plan.

A notification will appear to confirm that the image has been saved correctly.

The icons to the right of each floor correspond to the actions you can perform. The first icon allows you to open and view the image.

The second icon allows you to add labels to your floor plan.

Simply click on the text icon and enter the label you want to create. After that, you can place it wherever you'd like in the floor plan.

To delete a label, select it and click the broom icon.

A prompt will appear for you to confirm this action.

Once you have added all the necessary labels, click 'Save & Close' to save your changes and return to the floor plans list.

This icon allows you to update the floor image or change its name.

Lastly, the trash bin icon will delete the floor plan.

If you click on that icon, a message will pop up to confirm this action.

Click the back arrow to return to the main evacuation plans screen.
