Excluding the Monthly Payment

This tutorial is for primary cardholders only. There is only one per account and is typically the lead pastor. Unless you are following this to exclude your monthly payment do not follow this tutorial anything else unless explicitly directed to by the myXP Team.

Click "Expenses"

Locate the credit card payment. This is usually fairly easy to identify by the transaction details. Put a checkmark in the box at the top left of the transaction.

Select the 3 Dots (more) button.

Click "Delete"

Confirm "Delete" again

Click the View Unmatched Transactions in the top bar.

Click this checkbox next to the transaction.

Select Exclude

A warning box will popup. Type "Payment" & Click "Confirm"
