Exercise #1: Customize your Maximizer Display and Preferences

Change Your Module View

Click the "Settings Cog"

Click "Personal Preferences"

Click your preferred table density option, Compact, Normal or Comfortable.

Click "Customize Icon Bar".

Click the "eye icon" on any module in order to remove them from your display.

Repeat this process to hide more modules from your display.

To hide any module, click the eye icon until a line appears through it. To make the module visible again, click the eye icon once more to remove the line.

Click on anywhere on the module row to move it to a new location.

Holding your mouse, drag and drop the module to your preferred placement.

Click "OK".

Select your preferred Locale and Time Zone if necessary.

Click "Save".

Verify that your preferred modules and arrangement is on display.

Change Your Tab View

Click on the "Plus Sign" to the right of your record tabs.

Click the "eye icon" on any module in order to remove them from, or add them to, your display.

Select the row and drag and drop it to a new location.

Click "OK".

Verify that your preferred tabs and arrangement is on display.

Note - This change impacts only your user account and does not alter or appear in any other user's view of the same Maximizer environment.
