Navigate to [https://app.servusconnect.com/app](https://app.servusconnect.com/app)

Click the 3 dots on the top right corner.

Once you have selected "Export Resident Report", there will be a csv or excel file that is downloaded at the top right. Select that file.

In Excel sheet click the half box between A and 1.

Double click the in between line to expand information.

In each column there will be a drop down box icon.

Select drop down box icon in column you would like to filter. We are selecting "phone_opted_in" filter. Select or deselect what filter you would or wouldn't like.

Select "Ok". I have filtered to "FALSE" and now it shows me only residents that are in "FALSE" standings.  These are residents that have not opted-in to receiving text messages from NetVendor.
