Fax Option Not Available

This guide is for troubleshooting the absence of the Fax option in Noteable, ensuring you can effectively send reports. It provides clear steps for administrators to verify and adjust report fax settings, enabling E-Faxing if necessary.

If you aren't seeing the Fax option under finalized reports in Noteable you may need to check the Report's Fax Settings. An Administrator on your team can do so by following the steps below.

Click "Administration"

Click into the Program you need to review report faxing settings under.

Under the Report Templates tab ALL Reports that are currently able to be faxed will have a green checkmark in the respective "Faxable" column. **Note: Case Notes are the only items that do not have the option to be Faxed.**

If you notice the report you are trying to fax has a Red "X' under the Faxable column you'll need to edit the settings of that report by select the checkbox.

Once selected click on the edit pencil that appears.

Switch the "Enable E-Faxing" toggle to "Yes"

Click "Done" to save these changes

*If the "Enable E-Faxing" is not showing for reports it means that you currently do not have the E-Faxing subscription turned on for your site. Reach out to your Partner Advocate or [success@mynoteable.com](mailto:support@mynoteable.com) to enable this subscription.* **Note**: E-Faxing is an additional $25.00/month added to your monthly invoice.
