      Create Fee for Fee Bank

      Click "Commission Schedules"
      Click "Commission Schedule Library"
      Click "Fee Bank"
      Click "Add Fee"
      Enter the name of the Fee in this field
      Select where the fee will be charged too
      Select the Tracking account to track this recovery charge
      Select if wanting to display this fee on agent breakdown or CDA
      Click "No Liability"
      Enter the default amount of Fee
      Tip! Don't worry. While you can set a default amount for a fee, it can be adjusted on each tranaction as needed.
      Click "Save"
      Click "OK"

      Add a Disbursement to Fee Bank

      Tip! This would be used if looking to have a pre-built payout to another entity. example: payment to a TC, assistant, or another agent
      Click "Add Fee"
      Enter the name of this charge
      Select where to chare this payment
      Select if wanting this charge to show on agent breakdown or CDA
      Select "Agent" for disbursement type
      Select desired entity to create payment for
      Enter a default amount for this charge
      Click "Save"
      Click "OK"

      Verify Fee successfully added

      Click "Pending"
      Click here on a existing transaction
      Click "Commission Detail"
      Click this button.
      Click "Add Manual Fee"
      Locate fee in fee bank dropdown
      Click "Cancel"
      Click "Close"
