Click "Update Answers" on the area you want to start with

Answer the questions using the drop-down options

Less than once a month
About once a month
About twice a month
Every week
More than once a week

Click the save button once you've finished completing the questions for an area, and view your award level for that area.

Once you've completed the questions for all the areas, click "View Certificate" to access your certificate

Right click on the certificate, and chose 'Save as' to save it, or 'Print' to print it.
