Financials - Validate and Map New Accounts

Learn how to validate and submit financial accounts within the ClearGov platform. This guide walks you through adding objects, funds, and account types to ensure your financial data is properly organized and submitted.

Cleargov

Navigate to the **Financials** tool and select the **Account Setup** tab.

Account Selection

Select the **+ Add** dimension option.

Remember! The dimension or category is the segment of the account string that needs to be mapped.

Select the needed dimension from the dropdown list for any dimension that needs to be mapped. Then select the **Save** button.

Repeat this process for any new accounts that have the **Needs Assignment** status.

Account Submission

Once you have mapped all your accounts you will be able to select the **Submit Accounts** button.

Lastly, confirm the submission by selecting Submit Accounts button in the confirmation window.

The system will now process the submitted accounts.
