Find/Replace with Portrait Grade/Teacher Metadata

Should you need to adjust portrait data in bulk (like changing a grade from "senior" to "12"), you can use our Find and Replace feature in the Portrait Library.

Navigate to the Portrait Library and click into List view.

Click "Options" in top menu bar.

Select "Find and Replace" from Manage menu.

Choose between adjusting the Grade fields or the Teacher/Other fields.

In the Find dropdown, choose the value you want replaced. And in the Replace dropdown, choose the value you want to appear.

Click "Replace Data" to update records, and be patient as it takes time for us to update 1000+ names.
