When you're logged in to Hyggio, click "Trials" in left side menu

Choose a trial

If you see an orange dot close to the "Queries" menu position, it means there are some queries to you. Click "Queries"

You'll see a list of queries.

Click on the link to open a query

Click "Add answer"

Type your answer

Click "Send"
