Go to Company Reports and select the Gross Potential Rent (GPR) -  Select your Community and generate the report

Click Out of Period Rent to Sort by lowest to highest in this column.

Click on Out of Period Rent Again to Sort from highest to lowest.

Click on the apartment number to see the resident associated with the Apartment

Click on the residents name to go to the Resident Profile

Enter the Post Month From Month and Year - this should be the month before the GPR Month you are reviewing.

Enter the Post Month To Month and Year - this should be the month after the GPR Month you are reviewing.

Click the "Select Options" field under charge code

Review Post Date and Post Month on transaction to explain discrepancy on GPR.  

Click on the transaction needing adjusted

Select Post Month and enter the month the charge should be in.  If a period has already been closed by accounting, please notate the discrepancy on the GPR spreadsheet.
