If you have submitted a ticket through Partner Support or the Intake Form, a support portal account has already been created for you. You will need to reset your password to access your portal account.

To reset your password, navigate to [https://coloradointeractive.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal](https://coloradointeractive.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5)

Click "Log in" in the upper right hand corner.

Click the "Email address" field and type in your email address.

There will be an email sent to your email address. Click "Reset my password" on that email.

Enter email address and desired password. Click "Confirm". You now have access to the Support Portal.
