Navigate to <https://app.thriveaccounts.com/> and open the Sales module.

This will display all unallocated transactions on the system.

The report is grouped by customer account.

Beneath this is each transaction - on the left is the date, period, transaction type, transaction number and reference,

and on the right is the net, VAT and Gross amounts, followed by the allocated amount, the outstanding amount left to be allocated, and the outstanding amount in your home currency.

Beneath this is the total of the unallocated transactions for this customer.

At the bottom of the report is a grand total for all unallocated transactions for every customer.

There are several options for filtering your report.

You can filter to a specific customer account,

filter to a specific account currency or transaction type,

or choose whether to include credit transactions only or all transactions,

Lastly, you can export your report to a CSV file or to a PDF using the download icons in the top right.
