Generating a Missing Portraits Report

Learn how to access your missing portraits report to ensure all students have a portrait in the book. The Missing Portraits Report will check every name in your Name List and look for a corresponding portrait where the first name and last name is an exact match. You can decide if the grade field also needs to be an exact match. The report will provide all Name List names where we could not find a matching portrait.

Navigate to the Library and click the Portraits icon in navigation bar.

Select Missing Portraits Report from Options menu

Click "Names and Grades" if you want the Grades field to be an exact match as we compare. Click Names Only if you want us to ignore grades as we look for exact matches between portraits and names. A PDF file will automatically download to your local device. The names on the report do not have a direct match in the Portrait Library.
