In the "Feedback" box, you will find links to forms to report an issue or suggest a feature.

For example, click on "Report an Issue"

Then, you will be taken to a web form where you can fill in details or questions. You can submit this form directly to the Cephable team. You'll find a similar form for the suggest a feature link from the dashboard too.

Another option outside of submitting a form is to connect with the Cephable team & community in our social channels. From the Cephable app dashboard, navigate to the "Connect & Learn" section and the "Join the Community" box.

From here, you can click into the Discord Community or Facebook Group. For example, click "Discord Community"

In the Cephable Discord server, you will find a channel, "need-help" where you can post text or videos/screen recordings of your questions.

Or, post your ideas in the "feature-requests" channel.
