Navigate to https://app.thena.ai/onboarding-guide

Click "Select your active customer channels"

If you're unable to find a channel, please click "refresh channels". We recommend adding a handful (5-10) channels this way and the rest post onboarding completion

Click the search to look for your existing set of channels

Thena detects external requests from your customer channels. Add your most active channels here.

If you need to add a private channel, you can do so by following the instructions at the bottom of this page

Thena will centralize all requests to a single triage channel. If you do not have one created, then follow the steps below

Double-click the "Enter channel name" field

Name it "internal-customer-triage" or something related

Click "Create Channel". This will create a new channel in your Slack workspace

If you have any integrations to set up, you can do so now. However, we recommend doing so post onboarding completion
