Welcome to LoLo! Let's get your account set up. First, let's take a look at your profile. Click your name in the bottom left corner of your account.

From here you can edit all your details: choose to enter your first name and last name, or if you'd rather use a team name (or single name), you'll want to leave the first name and last name blank and enter the team name or single name that you would like to use on your account.

If needed, you can update your email address or reset your password.

Enable two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to your account by requiring more than just a password to sign in. An application like Google Authenticator or 1password is required to use this feature.

When opted out, the gift will not appear in your account and no gift will be delivered for that gift area that month.

Your profile is where you can enable two-factor authentication.

It's optional to add your phone number. If you add your phone number it will appear on your gift campaigns each month.

You can add or update your profile photo. Drag and drop, or, click to upload a file. This is optional, but will appear on your campaigns and gift details pages if you add it.

Click the "Optional: License Number" field.

Optionally, you can add your license number or website link. If you add them, they will appear on your gift campaigns each month.

The last setting that you can work on is your opt-out of alcohol gift setting. If you toggle this on (click to turn it on and it will turn blue), then your account won't send any alcohol-related gifts.

When you've finished making all of your changes, make sure you click the save button.

Next, let's set up your branding! Click your name in the bottom left corner.

If you do not see 'Edit Brand' when you click on your name in the bottom left corner, this means that the enterprise partner that your account belongs under has already set up your brand for you, and it may not be edited

Setting up your brand is easy; most of these fields are optional. Add a company name at the top. This doesn't appear anywhere in your gift campaigns; this is just an internal name for the brand.

You can optionally add a company message that will appear in the footer of your campaign emails, and you can optionally add a company phone.

To add your logo, drag and drop your file over the box, or click "upload a file" and select your file. Then, decide if you'd like to add a different logo design to appear in the footer. If you don't want to have a different footer logo, you can leave it blank and the header logo will appear instead.

Click the "Optional: Header Color" field.

Last, you can select the background color for your email header and email footer. Click on the black bar to open the color picker.

You can select a color for the header and footer of your email template here. You can enter an RGB, HSL, or hex code here, or, you can click to drag the color picker around and choose the color that you like best for both your header and your footer.

When you've completed all your updates, click Save My Changes.

Next, let's make sure you have someone to send gifts to. We're going to navigate to the Contacts page.

Some LoLo users work with enterprise partners who have set up CRM integrations. If you belong to one of these enterprise partners, you can sync contacts from your CRM. Learn more about LoLo and CRM here:<https://help.joinlolo.com/using-a-crm-integration-with-lolo>

From your contacts page you have a couple of options for adding contacts to LoLo. The first is to add a single contact. Click the button that has a symbol of a person and +.

You'll enter their name, email, and/or phone. You just need one or the other; you don't have to have both.

Enter a zip code for your contact and our platform will choose the closest gift area (within 30 miles) for that contact.

If you don't know the zip code, or would rather manually choose the zone, simply click the dropdown and choose from the list.

Once you've entered all the info, either click "Save Contact" to return to the Contacts page, or, choose "Save and Add Another Contact" to add more.

If you'd rather, you can import your contacts all at once, using a .CSV file. You'll click the "import" button in the top right corner.

Drag and drop your CSV file or click "Upload a File" and choose your file.

Then, make sure you agree to the terms and privacy policy. When you're ready, click "Import Contacts."

After your file has processed, the platform will tell you if the contacts were imported successfully or not. You can review or make edits to the contacts from the Contacts tab.

Note: Until you activate your subscription, all of your contacts will show a status of inactive with a reason of "potentially waitlisted." This status will update after you activate your subscription. Learn more about contact status at <https://help.joinlolo.com/what-is-a-contact-status>

Clicking on a contact's row, or on the magnifying glass, will take you to the contact's details, where you can make edits and in the future see their interactions.

Last step: Let's activate your subscription! Head over to the billing tab on the left.

Agree to the terms, then click on "Enter Billing Info"

You'll be taken to our partner, Stripe, where you can add payment information to your account.

Once you've added a credit card on file and clicked add, your subscription will automatically be activated. Click "Return to LoLo" to return to your account.

You're all set! You'll receive an email when gift campaigns are ready for your account. Be on the lookout for your next Local Gift of the Month campaigns!
