NOTE: You will need to have the magicplan app installed, and your account will need to use the same email that is being used to login to Clean Claims.

The Integration Steps need to be completed by an Org Admin and a magicplan Workspace Admin. Please see our guide to Setting up the Integration with magicplan and Clean Claims before you continue with this guide.

Navigate to the iOS app Clean Claims, if you have not downloaded it already you will need to download it from the App Store

Create a project, or choose an existing project

Once the Sales call has been completed and the pre-requisites, you can add a Level/Chamber. Once a level/chamber has been created, add a room by Clicking "Add room"

The "Sketch" setting will need to be enabled on the room to have access to magicplan within the app. 

As an Admin, you will see the settings options on the room setup, as a general user you will need to have an Admin enable the sketch settings on your rooms in the admin panel

To initiate a scan click "Scan with magicplan"

Tip! If this button is not available, confirm you have "Sketch" enabled on your project settings for Rooms

This will direct you to the magicplan app, once in the app it will auto create a project in your magicplan workspace using the Clean Claims project ID. Click "+" under Floor Plans

You can select any floor name, this does not necessarily need to match the floor name in Clean Claims, but is recommended to do so. Once selected, click "Add \[Floor Name\]"

From here, you can start a manual scan or if you have a Lidar enabled iOS device you can use the Start Auto-Scan option. Select the option you prefer to get Started.

If using the Auto-Scan, click the "Record" button to start a scan.

Follow the instructions on the app, to begin scanning a room

You will see the scan begin to map out the room

Once completed, click the "Stop" button to finalize your scan. Then Click "Confirm Scan" to confirm your scanned room.

Click "Done" to complete the scan of the room.

To sync the scan back to Clean Claims, click the "Share" icon

On the Exports tab, you will see a Clean Claims (send to Clean Claims) action button. Click the button

This will finalize the room scan and sync it over to Clean Claims

You will receive a confirmation that the export was successful. Click OK

You will be redirected back to Clean Claims, and your scan(s) will be displayed

If you scanned multiple rooms at one time, you can use the navigation arrows to select the appropriate scan from magicplan. Once you have the room, you will need to click "Select Scan" to link the scan to that room.

The primary room dimensions and area will automatically fill in the Floor and Ceiling section. You will need to complete the area affected. Complete all the remaining dimensions on the room as enabled by the project settings. You should be able to fill out the details, and click "Continue" to each step or you can navigate using the menu buttons on top with the red requirements.

NOTE: The room dimensions do currently populate from the scan, or you can manually set the room dimensions
