Getting Started with the Outlook Integration for theBOSSapp

Once the Outlook Add In has been push out to you, the sidebar will appear in your Outlook.\

Click the Login button and enter your username and password for theBOSSapp.

Click the 'Open theBOSSapp' link to open the sidebar.

Alternatively, you can click the Add Message to Project button to bring up the sidebar.

Select either the Projects or Tenders tile and then search for the desired one.\

If there is no suitable Project or Tender, Click the 'Add to your profile' button to store the email against your personal profile.

2. Search for the name or number of the Project / Tender

3. If no suitable Project / Tender, add to your profile

Click the Project that you would like to log the email to.\

This list will keep a track of up to ten projects that you have used in the past so that you don't have to search every time.

The green tick will confirm the selected location for your email.

The message above your email also confirms the location that youre storing the email to.

Click the PIN button to keep theBOSSapp sidebar open.
