Click the "Begins with 'ssh-rsa', 'ecdsa-sha2-nistp256', 'ecdsa-sha2-nistp384', 'ecdsa-sha2-nistp521', 'ssh-ed25519', 'sk-ecdsa-sha2-nistp256@openssh.com', or 'sk-ssh-ed25519@openssh.com'" field.

Paste the public key that you copied from the file in the "key" textbox. You can do so by pressing [[ctrl]] + [[v]]

Add a title so you can always identify the specific key and why you added it
