Heads Up! Directly giving users individual permissions is not recommended; instead, it is encouraged to use group membership to distribute permissions.

It is noted that this user is not part of a group with permission to create records. We can view this information by clicking: "Group membership"

To grant permission for this user to create records we click "Individual user permissions". Tick the "Create Records" checkbox and hit save
