As per this example email, you will see a new, brightly coloured header

Within the header are 3 options: Report Phishing, Block as Junk and Mark as Safe

Option 1: Click "Mark as Safe" if you are happy this is from a legitimate sender

Once selected, this message will load within your web browser

You may now close this tab, your feedback has been confirmed

Option 2: Click "Block as Junk" and this will send the email to your junk folder

Same again, you may now close this tab, your feedback has been confirmed

Give it a few minutes and you will see this email in your "Junk Email" folder. All future emails from this sender will go into Junk from now on.

Option 3: Click "Report Phishing" if you believe it to be dangerous or wish the system to block anything from this sender in the future.

You will then have the option to tag the email yourself. For example, let's take a look at a JD Sports email from a recent order. There may be nothing wrong with this email, but since the system hasn't seen this person before, you can help train the spam filter.
