Group Management | Adding/Inviting Group Leaders

Learn how to manage your group roster by adding and inviting new group members through using your Group Dashboard. This guide walks you through the steps to search for users and send invitations efficiently.

Group Management Navigation

Navigate to My Learning and click on "Group Dashboard".

Click the Member Tab and Select "Manage my Groups".

Once on the My Groups page, Click "Add/Invite Members".

Group Leader Invitation and Role Assignment

Select the desired group from the "Select Group" dropdown menu.

Search for a specific user by entering their email address and clicking "Search". If the group leader is in the system do not click add.

Navigate to the bottom field. To assign a group leader, enter the email address followed by an asterisk(\*). **For Example:** groupleader@gmail.com\*

Click "Add from list"

**Please note:** Group leaders who do not already have Cox Campus accounts will receive an email invitation to join the group. Once they create their account, they will automatically appear in the **Members** area. To help streamline this process, we recommend asking group leaders to create their Cox Campus accounts before adding them to your group.
