Group actions by objective

Assigning objectives to actions allows the development of a more strategic improvement plan, linked to wider school, trust or LA priorities. This guide explains how to group actions by objectives.

Evaluatemyschool

Permissions required: Participant admin, Evaluation admin

Open your self-evaluation

Click "Improve"

Click "New Action"

Click "Objective" to add a new objective or select an existing one

Click "Add" to save the action

Click "Overall" to view all actions

Use the control panel on the right to select a focus area

Click "Grouped by Objective"

Actions will be sorted by objective

New objectives can be added by clicking "Add Objective" at the bottom of the page

When grouped by objective, actions can be viewed as individual cards or as a table

For executive leaders, use the control panel to view the action plan of a school, dashboard or all participants
