Within the list of Guardian Live account, you will find comprehensive details and settings specific to each separate Guardian Live Accounts. This includes information about contacts details assigned to fleets.

By providing this information, the Client acknowledges and agrees that each of the users listed on this form have been authorised by the Company to have access to information relating to the Guardian Live website, including information about an incident affecting one or more of the Client’s drivers. The Client will take all necessary steps to ensure that each user does not provide access to Guardian Live to any third party under any circumstances, and to ensure that each user keeps any incident related information private and confidential at all times.

Please be aware that GMD (Guardian Management Dashboard) and Guardian Live are two distinct software solutions. GMD is a configuration integrated into Momentum, while Guardian Live is linked to your Guardian Live account. 

Review change history per Guardian Live Account.

To view the change history per Guardian Live Account, simply click on the clock arrow located on the right side of their record. This will provide you with an overview of their updates and modifications.

You have the ability to view a summary of all requested or manually made changes per Guardian Live Account. By selecting a specific record, you can review each individual change separately.

When a change is requested or manually made, the individual record displays important information such as the date of the request, the status, and who requested or completed the change.

To add a new Guardian Live Account, simply click on the "Add" button located at the top right corner of the overview.

Please input all the necessary information for this Guardian Live account and click on the "Create" button at the bottom.

Choose the specific Guardian Live Account that you wish to update or remove from the list.

To remove the Guardian Live Account, simply scroll down to the bottom and select the option "Delete".

To update the details of the Guardian Live Account, simply make the necessary changes in the field and click on the "Update" button located at the bottom.
