Enter Phone Number and Email address of the employee.

In originating lead source select Employee Application.

Call - Incoming
Text - Incoming
Online Chat
Onsite Visit

WhatsApp - Incoming

Select the method of contact and result of contact.

In the Guest Card click "Edit" next to "Important Information."

Click the "Lease Type" drop down and select Employee.

Click "Send Invitation"
Click to select the employee to send the application.
Click save.

Click to select the employee to send the application.

After the employee receives their email to start their application they will sign in and select their home and lease term. Under the list of charges they will find a box to enter a promo code.

Type in the code BEREMP, then click "Apply Code."

They will see the promo is now in their charges and will make their total to owe $0.00.

The employee should now complete the rest of the application. 

On the payment page there will be no payments due. They can click "Save & Continue" to finalize their application.
