Creating Complimentary or Discount Tickets

Select your ticket - this will bring you to the edit page.

Click the "Discount Code" field, and add in your desired code. Enter the amount you are charging after the discount (not the amount discounted). You can add multiple discount codes by clicking "add discount.

Select "Mark as sold out?" and set this to yes. 

You are also able to add a sold out message that will appear on the ticket page.

To add a mailing address for guests to send checks to, first click on Ticket Page Settings. 

Payment Types 
Choose/change payment options on your ticket form.

Click the "Check Payable" field to add an address.

To mark a payment completed as check, first navigate to Event tickets. 

On this screen, you'll be able to see who has paid by check, and who has not yet paid. Click the blue arrow icon next on the right side of the screen.

This will bring you to a dropdown area containing all information pertaining to your ticket sale. To mark a sale as paid by check, select the checkbox next to "paid?". Your changes will be automatically saved.
