Here we'll show you two ways to you can add an approved position to your Co-Curricular Record (CCR).

First you'll need to log in to your account through the [CCR Portal](https://myccr.ucsd.edu/myAccount/myrecord.htm).

Select '**Student**' on the login page and enter your Active Directory SSO credentials.

**First Method - via the CCR Catalog:** Click "**Co-Curricular Module**" and then "**Co-Curricular Catalog**" to browse what's approved in the system.

Once in the [**CCR Catalog**](https://myccr.ucsd.edu/ccr-catalog.htm), you can filter your search by academic year, category, competency, and in the search bar.

Click the specific **Position Title** you'd like to add to your record.

Click the **three-dot button** in the lower right corner.

Click "**Add Position to My Co-Curricular Record**". Note that your application will be marked as 'pending' and must be approved by your validator before it will appear on your [CCR Transcript](https://elt.ucsd.edu/record/index.html).

**Second Method - via the CCR Portal:** Click "**Co-Curricular Module**" and then "**Add an Experience** " to search for a specific position.

Select the relevant **Category**, if you know it.

Select your **Organization or Department** in the drop-down, if you know it.

Type in your specific **Activity or Position Title**.

Once in the Position Page, verify the time period (2024-2025) and click the icon to "**Add to Record**". Note that your application will be marked as 'pending' and must be approved by your validator before it will appear on your [CCR Transcript](https://elt.ucsd.edu/record/index.html).

There are two ways students can add approved CCR positions to their record - by searching the CCR Catalog, or by selecting "Add an Experience" in the CCR Portal.
