Navigate to [https://utecinc.quickbase.com](https://utecinc.quickbase.com)

Enter the name of your direct report to find your review for them

Confirm there name appear under "Employee"

Scroll to the far right and click "Manager Review records" to pull of their review

Go over the review with your direct report

When finished discussing the review, click the "Acknowledgement" tab

Read the text above the signatures to your direct report as follows: "This is to be signed and completed during the 1:1 meeting. Typing our names here acknowledges both employee and manager are in agreement and have reviewed the career development together."

Turn the computer to your direct report and have them type their name here 

Have your direct report click to enter the date that this is signed

You take the computer back and enter your name into the "Supervisor Acknowledgement" field.
