Tip! You will need to fill out all of the required information.

Chose the request type.  In this example we'll select "New Hire".

Fill in all of the required fields for the new hire request.  These fields are marked with a **\***

Continue through and fill out all of the required fields.

Select the applicable Drug and Alcohol Policy.

Search for the "reports to" name. Click the field and start typing the name. Select the appropriate person and continue filling out the rest of the required fields.

Enter in all of the required pay information.

Tip! Type the location name to narrow down the options in the drop down.

Tip! Start typing the job title to narrow down the options in the drop down.

Here you can upload any applicable documents regarding your new hire request.

Once all the required fields are filled, click "Continue"

Select all applicable assets for the new hire request, and fill in any required information.

Click the "Credit Card Limit (Full Dollar Amount)*" field.

Tip! The next steps are for Title/Manager/Location Changes and Transfers.

Tip! The next fields are not required so you can skip them if they're not applicable to your request.

Fill out the Transfer/Title/Manager/Location and Transfer fields that applicable to your request.

Select an effective date and transfer type.

If the "Transfer Type" is "Temporary", you must specify an end date.
