Click the "Email / PhoneEnter Email/Phone used for placing the order with us" field
and enter it (If OTP is enabled, the customer will receive OTP before proceeding
this phase)

Click "Continue" (If the customer doesn't want to change the Pickup address)

Select the reason why you want to exchange the item

Click "Upload Files" to upload images of the item

Click the "Variant of same product" for exchange

Click "Select for Exchange" and click on "Create Request" above
