Manage pay rates.
Pay Rates

Choose the length of any default TOIL expiry.  Default TOIL expiry will automatically convert any TOIL which has not been used within the specified number of days.  Choosing "0" will mean that TOIL does not automatically expire, but you can still manually convert unused TOIL to paid overtime. 

Choose whether Team Leaders can manage overtime requests. Team Leaders will see only the "Overview" and "Approve" screens for their team(s). If this is the only thing you want your Team Leaders to see, make sure you haven't enabled other permissions in their staff profile.

You can also amend the pay rates available, or add your own pay rates.  Click "Pay Rates" located on the right hand side of the screen to do so.

We have default pay rates added, but if you don't use those rates in your practice, you can make them inactive.  You can also add your own practice specific pay rates.

To add a pay rate, on the right hand side of the screen click "Add Pay Rate".

Add the name of the pay rate, this is what will be displayed to the staff members when choosing their overtime rate.

Add the multiplier in decimals, for example, time and a half would be 1.5 and double time would be 2.

Make the pay rate active or inactive depending on whether you want the pay rate to be available for staff to choose.
