### Nudging Staff to Complete Training To prompt a user to complete a specific training course: Simply hover over the relevant course block and click the black bell icon. This action sends an automated email to the user, requesting completion of the course within the next month. Once prompted, the course block will appear in yellow to indicate it has been assigned and marked as urgent. **Why Prompting Matters:** Prompting training completion is an important tool for managers.
