Sign in as a bidder. Sponsor Logos will show in the top right corner of the bidding site rotating every 10 seconds.

Once the logos are added to Sponsor Logos, go to Software Settings &gt; Landing page content.

Click on the shortcode icon and choose "Show Sponsor Images"

If you only want to display certain sponsor logos on your landing page, you can add a shortcode with their specific image IDs. Simply navigate to the section where you want to include the logos and add the shortcode with the image ids below, like this: \[sponsors ids=srGr4wKVj9,gFXNL6JKKg\]. The below example will only show the first and third images in the list below

Adding Sponsor Logos as individual images on the Landing Page

Go to Software Settings &gt; Landing page content &gt; Any section A-D

Click the Image icon in the toolbar to load images from your computer. Launch your landing page to view the images.

Go to Items &gt; Manage Items and click Add Item.

Add a name for your Donation item, update the item type to Donation and make the item Active with a closing time in the future.

A goal is always needed for the thermometer to move accurately when donations are made, however, you can choose to hide the goal if you don't want it to display.

Once the item is saved, you can go back into it and click Projected Display Settings and select the "Appeal Display Share Link"

This link is sharable so you can send it to your AV team to launch when you are ready for your Appeal/Paddle Raise at the event.

If you have created live items to highlight your sponsors within your silent auction, you can also display these sponsor logos during your event on a projector or any other display.

- Ensure the sponsor live items you have created have a category called 'sponsors' or something similar.
- Event Central &gt; Leaderboard &gt; Looping Filter &gt; Choose the category you have created for your sponsor items. &gt; You can choose to display 1 item or multiple items at a time. Ensure that the setting 'Show Picture?" is turned ON to highlight the logo. You can hide/show the description of the item as well.

Choose your "Sponsors" category from the dropdown.
