A guide to help you to access backup tools in the Site Tools Dashboard, where you can manually create a backup. It is recommended that you create a backup every time you plan to deploy changes on your site, so you can quickly restore in case anything goes wrong. You can delete your old backups to free backup slots.

You can create up to 5 manual backups that are kept for up to 7 days (14 days with Premium Backup)

Navigate to <https://www.mysitearea.com/>

Type in your Username and click **NEXT**

Type in your password and then click **LOGIN**

Click **Security**

Click **Backups**

Under Backups type in the name of your backup under Create New Backup and then click **CREATE**

You will see Backup creation in progress while the backup is been created.

Once complete, you will see the message Backup XXXX is created and under Manage Backups you will see it listed at the top.
