Active: everything is in order and the service or products can be fulfilled

Click and select "Reseller" as your customer type

Private and Business customers are the owners of charge box(es). Resellers sell charging solutions to these customers but do not operate them. Charge Point Operators manage and operator the network of their Resellers and Customers.

Fill out all the relevant customer details

Set the primary user by either selecting an existing user or creating a new user. The primary user will be the admin of the Customer for Spirii Business.

When creating a new user, fill out the relevant fields in the pop-up. You will be asked to create an initial password. The customer can change the password themselves by clicking "Forgot email" in the self-service portal.

You're almost there 💪 Click "Create User"

Choose "Invoice" as the payment method and fill out the relevant banking details of your customer.

That's it: Click "Create Customer" and you're done 🙌
