Tip- In MI Property Portal, Last Month Rent (LMR) can be termed as Security/Rental Deposit. It is called as Last Month (LMR) in Ontario & in other provinces it is called as security deposit generally
Log into the **Admin Portal**
Click on "**Tenant Management" dropdown** under "**Administration**" on the left navigation

Click on "**Tenant**"

Look up the **tenant**.

Navigate to the "**Tenant Details**" page by clicking on the **tenant's name.**

Once in the "**Tenant Details**" page , scroll down to "**Deposit**" section

In the "Deposit" section, select the "**Trash**" icon corresponding to the **"Rental Deposit."**

Choose to click on "**Yes, Delete**" to finish up

Alert- All the transactions related to the deposit will be deleted, if you proceed to delete the deposit
