How To: Accessing and Navigating Your Online Parking Account

      Navigate to [https://oneparking.com/](https://oneparking.com/)
      Click "Login". This will take you to the Parker Bill website that hosts your online account.
      Once you have reached the Parker Bill website, click "Login"
      Enter your email address and password and click "Login". For first time login, please use the "Forgot Password" link and follow those instructions.
      Optional: if the email address used has multiple accounts assigned to it, you will need to click "select" on the account you wish to modify/review.
      To make a one-time payment today, select the 'Pay' button.
      Use the "Back to Account" button to return to the main account screen.
      Click "Invoices & Payments" to review past and current details.
      Click "Stop Parking" to terminate your whole account at this location. Note: this is not where you manage or terminate specific members on your account. See below for how to manage your parkers.
      For basic account assistance, use the "Help" button.
      To add/remove/edit your members (a.k.a. "Parkers") on your parking account, select "Update".
      Add a new parker to your account with the "+ Add Parker" button. Note: some locations require verification before approving your parker addition. If added to the waiting list, a team member will be in touch with you shortly to review your request.
      To manage specific parking details for your members, use the "Edit" button.
      To set an end date for a particular member on your parking account, enter a date in the "Last Day to Park" field. Note: once saved, you cannot change that date. Please contact our team directly if changes need to be made after the termination request is submitted.
      From the main account screen, you can click "Contact" to find specific contact detail for your location.
      To review current service offerings and location specifics, click "Details".
      To manage your account contact and billing information, click "Update" at the top of the site.
      When you are finished managing your parking account, you can "Logout" under the 'Profile' tab.
