Under the 'Common Fee' tab is where you will create any fee that you wish to auto populate on all orders, this fee can be removed if necessary at any point during and after a order's creation

Enter the export code in the field shown below, if necessary

Enter the internal name of the fee under the 'Service Name' field

Enter the outward facing name of the fee under the 'FEE TITLE' field

To set the fuel surcharge fee on all product categories, leave the remaining options untouched. To choose a specific product category to have the fee set to, click on the dropdown menu shown below and select your choice

To choose to have the fee on all products in the category, click on the checkbox at the top of table shown below

To choose to have the fee on specific products, click on the check box beside the product(s) you wish to add it to

Whether you choose to allow it for select products or all products, click on the arrow shown below when you are ready

This will transfer over the selected products to the table on the righthand side, indicating the products to which the fee will apply to

Remember to click on the checkbox beside the fee to activate it 

Click 'Next' to save your changes and go on to the next page to set your pricing on the new fee

In the case which you have multiple product categories, navigate over to the product category(s) you have activated the fee under

If you do not see your fee on the page, click on "Add New"

In this case we are setting a fuel surcharge that utilizes a formula.

Click into the formula box to select a formula.

In this case, I will be selecting a formula that takes the subtotal and multiplies it by 'A'

Set default price to 1 (this will not be the price charged for the fee, but a number is required for the fee to be active in the system)

Remember to click 'Next' at the bottom of your screen to save any changes or fees you have added on!
