Under the 'Internal Fee' tab is where you will create any fees you wish to add on to orders on a case by case basis. They will not auto generate onto orders, they must be manually added on

Enter the export code in the field shown below, if necessary

Enter the internal name of the fee under the 'Service Name' field

Enter the outward facing name of the fee under the 'FEE TITLE' field

Fees with conditions are better to be created in a different area in the 'Select Fees' section, so I suggest leaving conditions blank

To set the internal fee on all product categories, leave the remaining options untouched. To choose a specific product category to have the fee set to, click on the dropdown menu shown below and select your choice

To choose to have the fee on all products in the category, click on the checkbox at the top of table shown below

To choose to have the fee on specific products, click on the check box beside the product(s) you wish to add it to

Whether you choose to allow it for select products or all products, click on the arrow shown below when you are ready

This will transfer over the selected products to the table on the righthand side, indicating the products to which the fee will apply to

To activate your fee in the system, remember to click on the checkbox on the lefthand side of the fee

On the righthand side of the fee, you will find which product category or product types the fee will apply to

Remember to click 'Next' at the bottom of your screen to save any changes or fees you have added on!
