How To: Add Members/Parkers to your Account

      Login to your One Parking online account [https://oneparking.com](https://oneparking.com). For instructions on how to do so, see "How To: Accessing and Navigating your Online Parking Account" support documentation.
      Active Parkers can be managed by clicking "Update" on the main account screen. Use this function if you need to add a parker, remove a parker, or update their information on file.
      To add a parker to your existing group account, click the "+ Add Parker" button.
      Fill out the new Parker's information. Be sure to select the desired start date and type of parking space at this step. Once complete, click "Next".
      Alert! If you receive a notice stating that your request has been added to the waiting list, this is normal. This means that the location or account requires additional verification prior to the approval of your parking request. Please allow 1 business day for us to follow up with you regarding your request.
      If pre-approved and no verification is required, using the dropdown, select the desired monthly rate for this Parker. Note: the rate selected will determine the type of parking that your member will receive.
      IMPORTANT! By clicking "Yes, Continue", you are confirming that these charges should be added to your account. Charges will typically be prorated on a half-month basis (unless your location agreement states otherwise).
      Once the billing is approved above, you have successfully added the parker to your account. You will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain the parking access credential. Please follow those instructions.
      If you click "Edit Parker" above, you will be taken to the Parker Edit screen where you may update any additional details about the member. No additional changes are required. A team member will contact you shortly regarding the issuance of the parking access credential.
