We have introduced a new way to refund via the CSL to streamline processes and ensure correct accounting.

All refunds must be processed through the original reservation or house account.

Click the drop down arrow next to the RES number.

Click the backwards arrow next to the transactions you would like to refund.

When you refund the Account to Company payment you will be presented with the article you wish to discount along with the refund.

Incorrect amount
Charged to wrong room
Charged in error
Duplicate Transaction
Double Charge
Returned funds

Click the drop down arrow next to the chosen account.

You will now see there is a Credit Note credited from the refund.

Click the blue icon to view the downloadable Credit Note, you can send this over to the customer if required as this will display the VAT from the article which was discounted.

Once the credit note has been created you can then apply to a specific invoice when required. Select the white box on the right hand side. This will display a new box at the top of the page.

Select the invoice you wish to apply the credit note too.
