Tip! This guide uses the Asbestos module to explain how buildings are managed within BMIS, but the process is the same for other modules.

From the BMIS Dashboard, Click "Building Settings".

On the building Settings page, Click "Archive Building".

Click "Yes" to acknowledge warning message.

Select from the options provided for Archive type, or type in a new one.

You are now redirected to the Archived Buildings page, which can be accessed under the Portfolio Overview 'data management' menu.

Tip! Once a building is archived, you can download the latest management, download the clearance certificates, or restore the building back to normal.
