What is the “Contracting Out” procedure?

Click "Approved Contracting Out Rationale form" to access the KauliBuild form. Please note this form is not intended for catering orders or orders through Concur.

To submit a Contracting Out Rational (COR) form click the "Requisition Number" field. This is an optional field because some department requestors are familiar with the process and request the form prior to the Oracle Requisition submission. However, if you have already submitted and the form was requested please enter the associated number here for faster processing.

Click the "Service Provider/Supplier" field and enter the name of the proposed vendor.

Click the "Total Dollar Value" field. This should include only the non-covered spend. If your proposed vendor lumped all of the payments into one line it may help to have this revised.

Click here to enter a comprehensive scope of work.

Click this dropdown to access a list of SX & EX applicable job titles. The Total UC Cost required by the vendor will automatically populate. If you are unsure about the correct title
