Select the customer you'd like to add a note for

On the lefthand side of the customer's account, scroll down to the note section located at the bottom

And enter whatever information you'd like to

Note! The information you add is only visible to those in your company that have access to the dashboard. Customers will not be able to see this anywhere

Click "Save / Without notify" to save your new note

Your notes will now display as shown below

To add a new note after the first, click "Edit Note"

Once again, enter whatever information you'd like to

Click "Save / Without notify" again to add your new note

To change the view of the notes from the last note made to all notes made, click on the box shown below and click "All changes"

Now you will be able to see all the notes you've created with the date of when they were created beside them

When you select the customer that has a note attached to it during a new order creation, you will see the latest note made as well!
