The IP filtration works in a corporate set-up where the employees have defined IP addresses of their systems. The IT team of your organization can give you the set of IP addresses that should be excluded.

Copy the IP Addresses listed to be filtered.

Add The Copied IP Addresses to The GA4 Account.
