From your Sprocket Rocket account, hover over the account dropdown menu

You have the option to delete either your user account or the entire organization along with all its users.

Delete account
Deleting your account will remove all the data associated with your account. If you are on an Agency Plan, deleting your agency account will remove all Users under your account and disconnect all Portals from Sprocket Rocket.
