Log into the Admin Portal
Go to "Accounting" under "Accounting & Reports” on the left navigation

Click on "Taxes" "under "Accounting" dropdown

Then click on "Add New Tax" on the left side of the screen

Under "Taxes" fill out "Tax Name" field I.e. Harmonized Sales Tax

Fill out the "Abbreviation" field. I.e. HST/GST

Fill out "Tax Rate (%)" field
Zoom Saved
Fill out the "Notes" field (if required)
Zoom Saved
Fill out the "Tax Number" field
Zoom Saved
Tick "Is Default" box (if required)

Click on "Add" to finish up
