Navigate to [https://connect.arquella.care/Live](https://connect.arquella.care/Live)

Click the funnel icon on either of the headings to filter by call type, call source, room, zone etc. (if required)

Click this checkbox to select all OR select just the checkboxes of the lines you need to download.

Click the arrow down icon to download the selection.

Open the downloaded spreadsheet. You will be presented with a list of all the data you have downloaded. To just see "Call" data click the "Call" tab. This is placed at the bottom of the document on Windows PC and at the top of the document on IOS.

The "Call" tab will show just the time that the call was active before it was attended.
