How To Generate an Insurance Report

This guide quickly shows how to pull an Insurance report from the Reports menu, choose entity types and filters (active tenants or specific properties), and generate it. How to Generate an Insurance Report

From the navigation menu, select **Reports.**

Select the **Select a Report** dropdown > Under the **General** section, select **Insurance Report**.\ \ **NOTE:** Your dropdown options may have different Reports based on your access or any custom reports the RAAMP team builds for you.

Select the **Select Type of Entities** dropdown > Select the preferred **entity type(s)**.

If you only want to see active tenants, select the **Show only Active Tenants** checkbox.

If you want to view property specific tenants, select the **Limit Tenants by these Properties** field.

Select the **PDF Page Settings** tab to set page layout preferences.

Select **Generate Report**.

Insurance Report View Select **Report Settings** to revise the report settings. Select the **Excel** or **PDF** icon to export the report.
